Get to know the people behind reacha
Floko got tired of dragging his SUP boards to the beach in France and built the first reacha out of old bicycle tyres, a windsurf boom, an old sail and wood panels. Today he is our managing director and takes care of product development.
Micha takes care of customer service, our sponsored athletes and order taking. She has worked in the sports industry for many years for companies like Quiksilver. For a change, she enjoys working for a small and young company this time.
Philipp is responsible for our warehouse and shipping. He makes sure that we always have enough reacha in stock, that our packaging is environmentally friendly and efficient and he packs the packages for you with a lot of love.
Growing up by the ocean in Hossegor, Antoine is a surfer by heart and soul. At reacha, Antoine looks after the French market alongside his engineering and business studies.
As a successful founder and investor of digital start-ups, Björn has always wanted to help build a product he can touch. The fact that he can combine this with his hobby of stand-up paddling is of course all the better. He takes care of our marketing and corporate strategy.
Having started as a student, Ben is now a permanent member of the reacha team. As Head of Content, he takes care of media production, social media channels, media partners and contributions to our reacha blog. And on the side, he is doing his master's degree in business psychology.
Originally a fully qualified lawyer, Alex was drawn to entrepreneurship. He takes care of the digital systems, webshop, marketing, legal issues, operational management and finances.
Björn's great passion is bicycles. In summer, he cycles the 40 km to our logistics centre and back again in the evening. Once there, as a trained bicycle mechanic, he takes care of quality control and the final assembly of all products.
